**Description:** ---------------- Grupo ECOM, CAFÉ division at Dos Ríos Veracruz branch, is looking for professionals who meet the following profile: **Data Entry Clerk and Vehicle Scale Operator** Job Objective: Ensure accurate recording and control of inbound and outbound coffee weighing at the branch to maintain inventory control flow, enabling visibility of the branch's actual financial costs. **Requirements:** --------------- **Job Responsibilities:** Register arrival orders of vehicles and communicate them to quality and purchasing departments. Perform vehicle weighing, ensuring correct positioning on the scale. Enter weight data into internal systems. Generate and deliver weight tickets, receipts, and related documentation to respective departments. Daily data entry of transactions into Excel databases. Deliver representative samples to the quality control department. Assist in shipment control and documentation for audits. Requirements: Completed high school education Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas, data entry, data validation).
