Position Summary: Responsible for closing order transactions, ensuring on-time delivery and KPI compliance, as well as managing cash, purchases, and returns/exchanges. Key Highlights: 1. Initiative and proactivity * Responsible for closing delivery order transactions. * Ensure on-time delivery of orders to commercial customers. * Responsible for meeting all VoIP, WhatsApp, etc. commercial KPIs. * Meet all company KPIs for VoIP, WhatsApp, etc. * Responsible for cash management when assigned. * Responsible for managing external purchases. * Responsible for managing returns and exchanges. * Preferred: High school diploma and/or technical degree * 2–3 years of experience * Minimum 3 years’ experience with multi-brand auto parts, telemarketing, and counter sales. * Proficient in using digital tools, applying them rationally, critically, and productively. * SKILLS: \- Sales closing \- Shipment management \- Digital, written, and oral communication ability \- Initiative and proactivity AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
