Knowledge in: * Preventive and corrective maintenance for ice machines, soda machines, and all kitchen equipment (fryers, pizza ovens, cold and hot counters). * Plumbing, electricity, and refrigeration knowledge. * Preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning and refrigeration units. * Preventive and corrective maintenance for refrigeration chambers. * Osmosis equipment. * Water filtration systems.
