





REQUIREMENTS: Higher Technician or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources or related fields. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, human resources or accounting, preferably in companies with multiple business units. SCHEDULE: * 8:30 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturdays occasionally depending on operations, until noon. KNOWLEDGE: * Basic knowledge of tax and labor laws applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in payroll management software and other related systems. * Basic understanding of deduction calculations (IMSS, ISR, Afore) and benefits (benefits, grocery vouchers, etc.). PERSONAL SKILLS**:** * Organized and detail-oriented. * Ability to work with high volumes of data and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with employees and other departments. * Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Payroll Processing:** Assist in data collection, inputting information into the system, and performing basic salary and deduction calculations. * **Management of Deductions and Benefits:** Support in applying deductions (IMSS, ISR, Afore) and benefits, as well as issuing payroll receipts. * **Preparation of Reports:** Collaborate in creating periodic reports and reports for internal audits or administrative departments. * **Record Control:** Maintain and update employee databases and manage personnel actions (hires, terminations, changes). * **Employee Support:** Resolve payroll-related inquiries and manage related documentation. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Verify compliance with tax and labor regulations under supervision. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Provide support to business units and participate in process improvements alongside the Payroll Supervisor.
