





**REQUIREMENTS:** Higher Technician or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, human resources or accounting, preferably in companies with multiple business units. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Saturdays as needed depending on operations, half day. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Basic knowledge of tax and labor laws applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in payroll management software and other related systems. * Basic understanding of deduction calculations (IMSS, ISR, Afore) and benefits (perks, grocery vouchers, etc.). **PERSONAL SKILLS:** * Organized with attention to detail. * Ability to work with high volumes of data and efficiently manage multiple tasks. * Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with employees and other departments. * Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Payroll Processing:** Assist in data collection, input information into the system, and perform basic salary and deduction calculations. * **Management of Deductions and Benefits:** Support in applying deductions (IMSS, ISR, Afore) and benefits, as well as issuing payroll receipts. * **Report Preparation:** Collaborate in creating periodic reports and reports for internal audits or administrative departments. * **Record Keeping:** Maintain and update employee database, manage personnel movements (hires, terminations, changes). * **Employee Support:** Resolve payroll-related inquiries and manage associated documentation. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Verify compliance with tax and labor regulations under supervision. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Provide support to business units and participate in process improvements alongside the Payroll Manager. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Medical expense insurance. * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * Educational assistance. * Funeral expense support. * Medium-term growth opportunities. * Grocery vouchers.
