FORD JALAPA SERVICE CONSULTANT Requirements: \- Professional education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Automotive or related fields \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry, with direct customer service, automotive mechanics, general sales, negotiation. \- Professional appearance, passion for customer service and attention. \- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles, holding a valid driver's license. \- Accustomed to a dynamic work environment. \- Must reside in Xalapa, Ver. Key responsibilities: \- Attend customers and process service orders by identifying customer needs. \- Promote, recommend, and sell extended warranties, insurance, accessories, and maintenance packages. \- Provide quotations and follow up on them. \- Receive, monitor, and deliver vehicles coming into the workshop for maintenance or major repairs. \- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up.
