




Position Summary: We are seeking a foreign trade specialist with experience in importation and customs documentation management for tracking and validation of operations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in importation and customs documentation review 2. Knowledge of foreign trade laws and regulations 3. Responsible, proactive, and organized in handling procedures **Education:** Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, customs, international logistics, or related field. Technical or incomplete high school education in this field is acceptable. * Minimum **1 year** of experience. * Importation experience. * Attention to and follow-up on references. * Documentation review (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Letters, Certificates of Origin) * Entry of customs declarations by collecting, organizing, and updating data and information into our internal system. * Importation processes (notification, entry, tracking, and validation of operations) * Maintaining updated reports * Performing procedures to comply with non-tariff regulations. **Knowledge:** * Foreign Trade Law * Customs Law * Annex 22, NOMs, Automatic Notices, Countervailing Duties, SADER, Customs Accounts. * Tariffs and RECO / CAAAREM portal * Free Trade Agreements * General Rules * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Job Type:** Full-time **Additional Benefits Beyond Statutory Benefits:** * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers **Work Schedule:** * On-site **Skills:** * Responsible * Proactive * Organized Job Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.60 - $12,000.36 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
