Responsibilities: * Conduct customer data verification visits for clients applying for credit * Establish payment plans for clients during their first weeks of delinquency and achieve account regularization, building long-term relationships with our customers. * Manage and maintain an updated database of potential customers, proactively following up. * Stay informed about financial market trends and changes to provide the best possible advice to customers.
