**QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REPRESENTATIVE (SERVICE PROVISION)** **Academic level:** * Completed Bachelor's degree/Engineering (Must have official title and professional license). **Required experience:** * Minimum of two years of experience in Quality Audits (mandatory). * Knowledge of ISO standards (mandatory). * Experience in administrative processes related to Quality Audits (mandatory). **Activities to be performed:** * Support in verifying the Quality Management System at the assigned facility according to the institution's internal guidelines. * Follow-up on projects, improvement points, and non-conformities documented during internal and external audits. * Review of facility activities for quality rating in each process. * Completion of reports, descriptive reports, and maintenance of logs for all activities carried out. * Perform any additional duties related to the profile category that may be assigned due to service requirements by the "UMPM". * And any other duties expressly assigned inherent to the services, through the Merchant Marine School "Cap.
