**JOB MISSION** Manage operational purchases and develop the supplier network. **FUNCTIONS** · Develop the supplier network and execute purchasing activities. · Perform administrative tasks related to the area (budgets or quotations, purchases, logistics management, and stock tracking). **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** · Advanced knowledge of Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and payment methods. · Fluent spoken and written English. · Minimum of two years of demonstrable experience in a similar position. · Attention to detail, order, and organization. · Good communication and interpretation of contractual documents. · Professional image. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of management systems. · Skills in dealing with internal/external customers. · Organizational ability at work. · Ability to establish task priorities. · Technical knowledge (engineering).
