**Analytical Chemistry II** **Position Objective:** Provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, quantify, and analyze chemical substances present in samples using specific techniques and methods. **Activities:** * Teach students how to identify chemical compounds and measure their concentration in various samples using qualitative and quantitative techniques. * Instruct on the use of traditional methods (such as gravimetry and titration) and advanced methods (such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and spectrometry) to perform accurate and reliable analyses. * Train students in the operation of analytical instruments and tools, such as balances, spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and electrochemical systems, among others. * Monitor each student's progress. **Requirements:** * Must have a Degree and Professional License in Chemistry or related field. * Master's degree with Degree and Professional License is desirable. * Three years of teaching experience. * Familiarity with systems and platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar is desirable. **Competencies:** * Strong service orientation * Effective communication * Organization * Ethics **Why work at UVM?** We are the largest private university in Mexico with 60 years of academic experience, social commitment, and professional vision.
