With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industry. **What will you do in this role?** Achieve and maintain the efficient, sustainable, and profitable management of each production unit, ensuring production quality and quantity, optimizing resources, complying with regulations, and coordinating personnel to meet the technical and economic objectives set by the organization. **Location:** Martinez de la Torre, Veracruz. **Position Requirements:** * Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Agro-Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Willingness to relocate. * Experience operating tractors is mandatory. * Availability of a vehicle/motorcycle to commute to the work location. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Coordinate and supervise orchard agricultural activities** (pruning, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting), ensuring adherence to the technical program, crop health, and productivity. * **Manage orchard inputs and inventories**, guaranteeing their control, safeguarding, distribution, and timely availability. * **Supervise asset security** of facilities, equipment, and materials through controls, inventories, and incident reporting, coordinated with the relevant department. * **Manage maintenance and improvement of machinery, irrigation systems, and equipment**, tracking reports and coordinating with responsible departments to ensure operational continuity. * **Administer personnel under your supervision**, monitoring attendance, preparing payroll drafts, evaluating performance, and overseeing training. * **Ensure compliance with management systems and certifications** (Global GAP, FSA/SAI, SRRC) through correct application of procedures, recordkeeping, and internal audits. **Key Competencies:** * Integrity and trustworthiness. * Results-oriented mindset. * Planning ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Conflict management. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Year-end bonus and vacation bonus exceeding legal requirements. * Savings fund and credit union. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
