It operates in all states of the country, has more than 118,000 employees, and is one of the **top 10 employers in Mexico.** It consists of three business units: Coppel Stores, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel. **Position objective:** * Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronics, furniture, decoration, living rooms, bedrooms, and dining sets for customer warranty services, providing quality solutions to satisfy customers. **Main responsibilities:** * Review service manuals, technical bulletins, and any information provided by suppliers related to the products to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair. * Diagnose and repair assigned electronics and/or carpentry items following established workshop service procedures, avoiding repeat repairs and thereby achieving customer satisfaction. * Prioritize handling of customer warranty services, monitoring the dates when items enter inventory to ensure adherence to standard delivery timeframes. * Conduct daily inventory checks of items assigned for repair to properly control merchandise, preventing loss or incorrect item exchanges during customer deliveries. **Required profile:** * Knowledge of***electronics***digital technology, electrical current and circuits, symbols (interpretation of diagrams), and safety regulations in service workshops. * Knowledge of\_ **carpentry**\_, metalworking, upholstery, painting, and finishing, as well as safety regulations in service workshops. * Customer service attitude * Flexible availability **Work address:** Av.
