The KAE E-commerce is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the country's online sales channel, defining priorities among different sub-channels such as Pureplayers, Marketplaces, QuickCommerce, epharmacies & egroceries, coordinating that the entire digital ecosystem is aligned and consistent with brand, customer and company priorities, including the annual digital media investment strategy for customers and driving traffic from the global digital environment to our customers' pages. Key responsibilities:* Increase sales volume within the channel. * Bring and motivate the implementation of best practices from the local market and global teams, as well as provide guidance in understanding new channels and audiences to expand our digital presence. * Ensure alignment between execution and strategy with the sales commercial team across each sub-channel. * Responsible for the strategy and execution of 1P Amazon + Mercado Libre in collaboration with the KAM, including negotiation and execution of demand generation, campaigns on customer-owned media, promotional planning, and results reporting. * Ensure the digital marketing plan strategy is aligned with the eCommerce plan. * Achieve alignment and teamwork with TMKT, MKT, Finance, Sales, Supply & External Partners departments. * Conduct weekly and monthly analysis of KPIs impacting Online Sell-Out. Established dashboards. * Monitor correct product listings on direct product pages and ensure FCP compliance. * Lead the implementation of online campaigns, promotions, and customer negotiations during key seasons (Hot Sale, BuenFin, Black Friday, BTS, Cyber Monday, etc.). Why YOU? Your qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Industrial Engineering. * 2+ years of sales experience in consumer goods companies.
