We work directly with U.S. customers and a nationwide network of independent mechanics to help buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a vehicle. We are building our **call center operations in Matamoros** and are looking for **English\-speaking Customer Service Representatives** who are professional, courteous, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment. Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls from **U.S.\-based customers** * Communicate clearly, **politely, and professionally in English** * Provide calm and helpful assistance, even during **stressful or high\-pressure calls** * Assist customers with scheduling inspections and answering questions * Coordinate with mechanics to confirm availability and job details * Provide updates on inspection status, rescheduling, and follow\-ups * Accurately enter and update information in our internal systems * Multitask efficiently between calls, emails, and web\-based tools Requirements * **Excellent spoken English — required** * Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner * Ability to remain calm and effective during **stressful situations** * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills * **Strong computer skills required** * Comfortable using web\-based systems and email * Able to work with multiple browser tabs while on calls * Reliable attendance and punctuality * Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required) Schedule * Full\-time, on\-site * Fixed schedule (details discussed during interview) Compensation **$14,000 – $20,000 MXN per month**, based on experience * Stable, long\-term position * Training and structured processes provided * Growth opportunities as the company expands Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $14,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
