**Operations Supervisor for Telecommunications in External Plant** **Salary: 16,000 \+ 4,000 Bonus \= $20,000 monthly net** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical\-Administrative * Intermediate Office suite knowledge * Knowledge of external and internal plant installations * Telecommunications **Responsibilities:** * Supervise field work, punctuality, safety and hygiene, ensuring quality standards. * Prevent and, if necessary, request correction of any deviation from the scope of work. * Collect daily work evidence (installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, infrastructure). * Request, generate and/or validate that field work performed matches reports and evidence. * Train internal and external personnel when necessary to ensure best work practices. * Emphasize and document required evidence for normal crew operations (documentation of prompt payments, materials, and absences). * Ensure final delivery of product or service on time, within budget, and as specified.
