




Toyota Cleber Matamoros is seeking: Customer Service Manager. **Functions:** * Regularly update the customer database * Responsible for CXI SALES indicator (develops Action Plan and strategy) * Responsible for CXI SERVICE indicator (develops Action Plan and strategy) * Responsible for DSC indicator (Complaint Management and Handling) * In coordination with customer service management, evaluates the use of "goodwill funds" to resolve (case by case) customer complaints * Keeps complaint information in a standard form * Identifies opportunities for Kaizen implementation to increase customer satisfaction * Generates reports on customer satisfaction results segmented by department * Continuously analyzes collected information to identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction * Monthly evaluation with the FIRM team on proposed solutions, assessing and questioning whether the proposed solution meets the requirements to truly resolve the dissatisfaction * Coordinates and evaluates the Reception department * Receives survey results from external companies and compares the outcomes * Conducts informational meetings to report customer satisfaction results and provides ideas for improvement **Requirements:** Completed degree Proactive Analytical skills 3 years of customer service experience Interested candidates should apply through this platform or visit the agency premises with an updated resume Job type: Full-time Salary: $2.00 - $3.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
