Our products, present across a wide range of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** Lead the preparation and coordination of sample builds for the various manufacturing areas of the plant according to customer requirements and project phases, to ensure that a product meets quality standards for validation. This includes order processing activities across the different production lines (SMT and FINAL) and shipping engineering samples to our customers. **Requirements** Technical degree or recent graduate in Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the Sample Shop system operation in SAP. * Assist in resolving any issues or obstacles to ensure timely execution and delivery of samples to customers. * Ensure all conditions are available to fulfill the order (material, equipment, and tools). * Track value streams, tooling and accessory orders to meet order requirements. * Facilitate order scheduling to process physical orders. TECHNICAL SKILLS: 1\. Software: a. SAP System \- Basic level b. Microsoft Excel \- Basic/Intermediate level c. Microsoft Power Point, Word \- Basic level 2\. Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S, VSD/VSM, JIT, Kanban, Heijunka, OEE, PDCA, root cause analysis, etc.) 3\. Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto, flowcharts, SWOT, etc.) 4\. Basic knowledge of project management (preferred) SOFT SKILLS: 1\. Analytical skills and problem-solving knowledge. 2\. Enthusiastic, self-directed, dynamic, proactive. 3\. Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. 4\. Negotiation ability. 5\.
