Join our team as: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR OBJECTIVES: Organize warehouse personnel and equipment to receive, pick, or ship goods appropriately according to the assigned area. ACTIVITIES: * Specify and balance warehouse staff tasks according to the corresponding area. * Supervise inventory for non-conforming products and out-of-range temperatures. * Identify needs for product repositioning or compaction. * Verify correct product identification and storage area labeling. * Report and resolve incidents occurring during the shift. * Expedite ongoing work and report situations that may hinder progress. * Ensure staff comply with operational procedures. * Ensure adherence to good warehousing practices and personnel safety standards. * Guarantee proper handling of products and company assets.
