Job Summary: This position focuses on risk identification, evaluation and control; implementation of safety and hygiene programs; and staff training on prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and control of risks in the industrial cafeteria. 2. Implementation of safety and hygiene programs. 3. Staff training on prevention and safety. Key Responsibilities: \* Identify, evaluate and control risks associated with industrial cafeteria activities. \* Implement and monitor industrial safety and hygiene programs. \* Train staff on safety, hygiene, use of PPE, and safe procedures. \* Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards in kitchen, storage, and service areas. \* Identify unsafe acts and conditions and initiate corrective and preventive actions. \* Develop risk assessments, risk maps, and safe work procedures. \* Coordinate emergency drills and plans (fire, evacuation, first aid). \* Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and root cause analyses. \* Verify proper use, condition, and replacement of PPE. \* Maintain records, evidence, and reports for internal and external audits. \* Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance departments for continuous improvement. \* Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations on safety and hygiene. \* Promote a culture of prevention and safety among staff.
