Job stability Position: Corporate General Accountant Job Description An enterprise group seeks a General Accountant responsible for the proper accounting, tax, and financial administration of multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with tax obligations, sound treasury management, and generation of strategic financial information for management. Requirements: Academic Background: * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree preferred) Experience: * 10–15 years as a General Accountant * Experience managing legal entities * Experience working within enterprise groups (multi-company structures) * Experience in tax and financial accounting * Experience in internal control and auditing Technical Knowledge: * Advanced proficiency in: * SAT Portal * IMSS * SUA * INFONAVIT * State Finance Secretariats * Accounting systems (Aspel, Contpaq or similar) * Intermediate/advanced Excel * Corporate electronic banking * CFDI 4.0 invoicing * Calculation of federal and state taxes * Financial statements * Basic English (desirable) Competencies: * High level of organization * Analytical thinking * Strong sense of responsibility * Confidentiality * Proactivity * Leadership ability ⸻ Main Responsibilities: Accounting and Finance: * Supervise the group’s general accounting * Prepare and analyze financial statements * Control and supervise accounting records * Consolidate and reconcile accounting accounts * Manage accounts receivable and payable * Supervise monthly accounting closings Tax: * Calculate and file: * VAT (IVA) * Income Tax (ISR) * Withholdings * State taxes * Submit monthly and annual tax returns * Respond to SAT inquiries * Implement basic preventive tax strategies Treasury: * Supervise cash flows * Manage bank accounts * Authorize payments * Administer electronic banking * Control banking tokens and access credentials * Liquidity planning Payroll: * Supervise payroll calculation * Disburse payroll * Ensure IMSS and INFONAVIT compliance * Manage payroll incidents Internal Control: * Implement administrative controls * Supervise inventories * Conduct internal audits * Safeguard accounting and tax documentation Administration: * Manage supplier relationships * Schedule payments * Review daily invoicing * Issue invoices to the general public * Supervise Junior Accountant Reporting: * Deliver financial reports to management * Cash flow reporting * Monthly tax reports * Basic financial indicators ⸻ We Offer: * Salary: $20,000–$25,000 net per month * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional growth * Participation in the group's financial decisions Working Hours: * Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
