Supervision of transportation, cleaning, and inventory Job Description: At Foxconn, we are looking for a General Services Analyst T3 to join our team at the Plataforma Park, specifically focusing on operational management and supervision during the third shift. The primary objective is to coordinate the proper functioning of support areas and ensure the maintenance of company facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site support to employees during operational shifts and manage transportation vendors to resolve incidents. Supervise employee transportation and taxi services, validating arrival and departure schedules as well as vehicle conditions. Coordinate cleaning of dining areas, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring vendor compliance with its operational guidelines. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and purified water to prevent stockouts. Administer dining area furniture and equipment (e.g., ovens and refrigerators), ensuring proper functionality or arranging replacements when necessary. Organize overtime employee transportation and validate corresponding routes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 5 years in similar administrative roles related to services or facilities management. Availability to work the third shift and rotate as required. Languages: Intermediate English proficiency. Competencies: Leadership, effective communication, vendor negotiation, and ability to work under pressure.
