




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage payroll, social security, and pre-payroll processes, with attention to detail and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of payroll and social security processes. 2. Handling of SUA, IDSE, and Tress software for personnel movements. 3. Collection and verification of incidents for pre-payroll. ***Requirements:*** * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll processes, preferably in the transportation sector. * **Payroll Software:** Tress system. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * **Social Security:** Handling of SUA and IDSE for registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications. * **Office Suite:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * **Tax/Labor Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL) and calculation of severance payments/liquidations. * **Pre\-payroll Management:** Collect and verify incidents (absences, overtime, tardiness) for drivers. * **IMSS Transactions:** Process registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications for drivers. ***Soft Skills:*** * **Attention to Detail:** Essential to avoid errors in per-diem and payroll calculations. * **Proactivity and Organization:** Efficient handling of documentation and timelines. * **Sense of Urgency:** Critical in a 24-hour operational industry.
