Project Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join our Construction team, based in Valle de Bravo, Mex. Interested candidates are requested to send their portfolio and CV to **fparamo@ap.com.mx**. **I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor and supervise assigned responsibilities to achieve project objectives. * Coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with the construction schedule. * Supervise contractors and suppliers, verifying quality, timelines, and adherence to specifications. * Review and interpret drawings and specifications, providing necessary information to contractors for proper execution. * Place material orders and perform quantity takeoffs, as well as coordinate receipt and delivery of supplies, machinery, and furniture. * Prepare and update working drawings, comparisons, quantity takeoffs, construction schedules, and progress reports. * Generate weekly reports tracking actual progress against scheduled milestones, supply control, photographic documentation, and occupational safety reports. * Participate in meetings with contractors to follow up on agreements and resolve queries. * Comply with safety regulations and ensure optimal working conditions for on-site personnel. * Prepare and compile documentation for project close-out deliverables. * Draft site visit minutes, recording agreements, responsibilities, and follow-up commitments. **II. KEY PROCESSES** * Daily monitoring of physical progress and construction execution. * Control and updating of current technical information and drawings. * Generation of construction reports, site visit minutes, and incident logs. * Coordination among contractors, supervision, and technical departments. * Review and validation of measurements for estimates. * Compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards on site. **III. POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree holder) * Minimum 3 years of experience participating in construction projects or supervising construction work.
