We are looking for Technical Support in TOLUCA Responsibilities: · Perform on-site installations and configurations of technological equipment according to customer requirements. · Provide on-site technical support to resolve incidents and attend to user requests. · Manage and maintain communication networks and information systems efficiently. · Execute backups and ensure the integrity of information in systems. · Coordinate with technical teams and other departments to ensure proper project execution. · Ensure optimal performance and functionality of installed systems and equipment. · Perform structured cabling tasks and network configuration to improve connectivity. · Keep updated records and technical documentation of activities performed. · Handle software and hardware failure reports · Advise users on computer services procedures · Process computer equipment warranty claims with manufacturers · Attend to VIP users · Document computer equipment check-in and check-out · Install client's standard software on computer equipment · Execute local applications · Report damage or theft of computer equipment Benefits offered: · $10,000.00 net. · 100% payroll scheme. · Immediate hiring. · An innovative and collaborative work environment. · Work mode: On-site in Toluca Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site job
