You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing packaging equipment, supporting administrative tasks, and identifying opportunities to improve customer operations. Your role will also include supporting sales of equipment spare parts, developing PMP solutions, and contributing to multifunctional business initiatives. **Why do we need you?** ---------------------------- * You will provide effective technical support, ensuring quick response and resolution of customer issues. * You will perform repairs on customer equipment, either at their facilities or at SEE locations. * You will prepare technical service and spare parts quotations and follow up on administrative matters. * You will identify customer needs and opportunities during technical visits. * You will support the design, implementation, and sale of PMP programs based on specific customer requirements. * You will collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction. * You will travel throughout Mexico and abroad as needed. **What do you need to succeed?** ------------------------------------ * Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Ability to diagnose and repair vacuum and thermoforming packaging equipment. * Organized individual capable of handling administrative tasks related to service and spare parts. * Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) in English. * Teamwork orientation and ease in interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
