Manages the entire Penske registration process through to signing of legal documents, as well as tracking staffing requests, delivering suitable candidates for both operational and administrative positions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operational staff recruitment. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mass recruitment. * Knowledge of Organizational Development. * Knowledge of labor relations (hiring, terminations, administrative reports, onboarding). * Flexible availability. * Must live near Santa Ana Tlapaltitilán. **Responsibilities:** * Timely fulfillment of vacancy requirements. * Promptly carry out the registration process. * Conduct interviews and evaluation tools according to requested profiles. * Design and implement recruitment strategies / Mass recruitment process and staffing positions. * Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant job sources.
