We are looking for a ***Human Capital Generalist*** responsible for ensuring that organizational staff possess competencies and skills aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values, and for implementing initiatives that foster a healthy organizational environment. *\*\*Temporary contract to cover an employee's medical leave.* **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, and/or Business Management. * Minimum 2 years of experience in human capital. * Experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Experience in pre-payroll processes. * Experience in personnel administration processes. * Knowledge of STPS laws and regulations. * Application of Training Needs Assessment / Management of the training program. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * **Proactive and dynamic.** * Follow-up on organizational communication. * Manage socio\-cultural activities that support organizational development. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
