Are you passionate about technology and eager to advance your professional career? This opportunity is for you. You will learn and grow in the ITSM field, working with tools such as BMC Remedy, ManageEngine, and Service Desk. What are we looking for? A candidate with solid knowledge in: Windows and Linux operating systems Active Directory management Networking, routers, and switches On-premise and cloud servers Databases (preferred) ITIL (preferred) What will you do? Provide consulting services to clients Participate in ITSM tool implementation projects Contribute ideas, learn, and grow with us Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Technology, Systems, or Computer Science Experience with ticketing platforms (preferred) What do we offer?
