Join our great team as a MONITORING OPERATOR. ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \* Monitor vehicles en route using GPS platform; maintain constant telephone communication with drivers \* Provide constant status updates to customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and Excel reports. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of billing processes; proficiency in LIS platform; familiarity with Google Maps; Proven work experience Monday through Sunday, rotating 12-hour shifts (either day or night) The first three training days are 8-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
