We are seeking an Electrical and/or Refrigeration Technician for the position of Technical Supervisor in the Tijuana Zone Coordination. Main responsibilities:  Receives the daily schedule of visits and supervision.  Conducts full or random verification of the installation and/or supply of thermal insulation, air conditioning units, refrigerators, and washing machines, in accordance with the Trust’s guidelines.  Reviews the Energy Diagnosis prepared by the supplier.  Prepares daily work reports.  Addresses received complaints and follows up until resolution, as well as updating the complaint tracking system.  Provides advisory services to customers regarding requested subprograms.  Issues technical opinions when required.  Advises assigned suppliers.  Actively participates in training courses and work meetings.  Ensures proper condition, functionality, and appropriate use of assigned tools and equipment.  Promotes various energy-saving programs.  Demonstrates availability to perform assigned tasks.  Supports various departments within the Coordination and Regional Management.  Other duties inherent to the position.  Installation of mobile information modules for the various subprograms.  Follow-up on overdue users: sending outstanding payment notices, updating account statuses, generating summonses.  Management of files tracking overdue collections and delinquent customers.  Delivery of summonses and/or bonuses at users’ addresses. Required knowledge:  Knowledge in the subject matter of their specialty.  Operation of measuring equipment.  Tools and equipment.  Safety devices and equipment.  Knowledge of air conditioning systems.  Basic electrical knowledge.  Knowledge of thermal calculation software.  Human development and customer service training courses.  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.  Proficiency in SIA and SICOM systems.
