Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates recycling personnel, ensuring achievement of targets, material control, safety and EHS compliance, scheduling shifts, and recording volumes. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on EHS and operational efficiency Description and details of responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate recycling staff, including team leaders, forklift operators, and machine operators. * Verify daily achievement of collection, sorting, and outbound targets for recyclable materials. * Control the flow of recycled materials between plants and warehouse areas. * Monitor personnel safety and discipline in work areas. * Plan personnel assignment per shift and plant based on operational needs. * Record and report volumes of processed and shipped recyclable materials. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with EHS standards in recycling zones. * Track incidents, perform basic equipment maintenance, and coordinate with other departments (warehouse, quality, safety, transportation). Experience and Requirements * High school diploma or completed technical degree (Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations supervision, EHS, recycling, or related fields. * Knowledge of handling recyclable materials, inventory control, and material dispatch. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Ability to coordinate shifts, production reporting, and industrial safety. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Basic proficiency in Excel and administrative reporting tools. * Capacity for on-site decision-making. * Forklift operation experience preferred.
