ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1\. Assist in the preparation and review of import and export documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
2\. Ensure all required documents comply with customs regulations and requirements of the destination or importing country.
3\. Track incoming and outgoing international shipments, coordinating with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers.
4\. Monitor delivery timelines and verify shipment status to ensure on-time receipt.
5\. Maintain up-to-date import/export databases, including cost information, shipment and receipt dates, and other relevant details.
6\. Support the use and updating of logistics management systems, ERP systems, or other internal company systems.
7\. Collaborate in verifying that operations comply with foreign trade and customs regulations of the countries involved.
Experience and Requirements
Student currently completing professional internship or recent graduate in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
This position provides support for activities related to the control and management of goods imports and exports, ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations, as well as contributing to the optimization of internal logistics processes.
