Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator in the retail sector, responsible for ensuring the functionality, appearance, and continuous operation of stores by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance. We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator with experience in the retail sector, responsible for ensuring the proper functionality, appearance, and continuous operation of stores or branches. The role involves coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance while guaranteeing quality, safety, and customer experience standards. · Responsibilities: Supervise general store maintenance (electrical systems, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and finishes). Coordinate and track preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple branches. Manage external suppliers and contractors. Timely address incidents reported by store managers. Ensure facilities comply with brand image and operational standards. Monitor budgets and optimize maintenance costs. Manage inventory of spare parts and materials. Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. · Requirements: Engineering degree (industrial, electrical, mechanical, or related field). Minimum 23 years of experience in maintenance within retail, commercial chains, or multi-site operations. Experience coordinating multiple locations. Willingness to travel between branches. Knowledge of industrial maintenance standards and protocols. Ability to manage and coordinate work teams. Analytical skills to evaluate reports and processes.
