Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate Junior Data Analyst with expertise in analytics and dashboards to generate real business impact by transforming data into actionable insights. If you are passionate about analytics, dashboards, and making a real business impact, this challenge is for you! Salary: $4,000 to $4,500 net per week. Location: Adjacent to Tijuana Airport. Responsibilities: Create Power BI dashboards that are actually used. Transform data into actionable insights. Define and track key KPIs. Integrate information from various sources (ERP, databases). Support different departments with strategic analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field 1 year of experience in data analysis / BI Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL Knowledge of ETL and KPIs Desirable: experience in retail, e-commerce, or administrative areas.
