Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Import-Export Analyst to coordinate, monitor, and manage imports and exports, prepare documentation, and conduct analysis of foreign trade legislation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and logistics of imports and exports 2. Preparation of documentation for customs brokers 3. Analysis of foreign trade legislation Minimum 4 years of experience as an Import-Export Analyst Language: Bilingual Responsibilities: * Fixed assets * Online procedures * Tracking of manifests * Coordination, monitoring, and logistics of imports and exports. * Preparation of documentation for imports and exports with Mexican/American customs brokers. * Conduct analysis based on foreign trade legislation to identify compliance requirements. * Preparation and control of import and export customs declarations. Requirements: * Technical studies in foreign trade and customs or related field. * Computer skills: Intermediate (proficiency in Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Knowledge of software: SEER TRAFICO, I\-EXPORT, INTRADE. * Experience with CTPAT Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10\.00 \- $20\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
