The position is responsible for coordinating and supervising project surveying activities, ensuring accurate geometric control of the work in compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise field surveying team activities. * Validate topographic surveys, layout work, leveling, and geometric control of the work. * Verify correct interpretation and implementation of drawings and the executed project. * Review and approve surveying data for progress monitoring and technical reporting. * Supervise proper use, safeguarding, and calibration of surveying equipment. * Maintain constant coordination with supervision, engineering, and site representatives. * Prepare technical reports and follow up on deviations identified in the field. * Comply with and enforce safety, quality, and environmental guidelines. **Requirements** * Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of surveying experience in construction projects. * At least **5 years** of experience coordinating or leading surveying teams. * Desired experience in **railway or heavy infrastructure projects**. * Proficiency in total station, GPS, and automatic/digital level. * Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D). * Leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset.
