In this role, you'll spearhead advanced security architecture initiatives, ensure adherence to industry benchmarks, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to safeguard vital systems and data—apply today to join our mission in advancing enterprise security. **Responsibilities** * Design robust and scalable IAM security architectures * Lead the creation and rollout of holistic security programs * Validate technology integrations against security guidelines and policies * Collaborate with business stakeholders to align security controls with corporate objectives * Mentor and advise colleagues on optimal security practices * Develop and supervise governance policies for all managed security solutions * Monitor emerging trends and threats in security technologies * Analyze and remediate complex security events * Plan and execute strategic IAM roadmaps and improvement initiatives * Manage and enhance authentication and federation services * Maintain consistent protection of systems and applications across diverse setups **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Hands\-on proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python * Strong grasp of Active Directory (AD) or comparable LDAP Directory Services * Comprehensive knowledge of intrusion detection, policy creation, and OS hardening practices * Expertise in SSO, Federation (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and PKI * Clear understanding of identity management concepts and cloud service integrations * Basic knowledge of device authentication mechanisms * Proven capability to lead and mentor in adopting security best practices * Established ability to develop enduring enterprise security strategies * Excellent analytical reasoning and problem\-resolution abilities * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work independently with minimal oversight * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English level **Nice to have** * Experience with a broader spectrum of IAM platforms * Hands\-on use of HashiCorp Vault * Knowledge of BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Skills in tracing and logging security events * Ability to diagnose and fix security tools in real time
