ROWAN NETWORKS is seeking a Lighting Designer. As a Lighting Designer and Project Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing lighting projects that add value and personality to spaces through the use of light. If you are a professional passionate about the art of lighting in architecture and interior design, with an original, creative mind and above all attentive to detail, this is the position for you! Responsibilities: * Develop residential and hospitality lighting projects, from concept to execution phase. * Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand their requirements and expectations. * Create illustrations and renderings. * Draft detailed lighting layout plans and fixture placements. * Coordinate with other industry professionals such as architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure proper project implementation. * Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in lighting design. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. * Proficiency in English (Desirable). * Prior experience in lighting project design and development (Desirable). * Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and rendering programs like Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Dialux. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other industry professionals. * Detail-oriented and problem-solving ability. * Creativity and passion for lighting design. * Willingness to relocate to Playa del Carmen.
