Team skill development and continuous improvement The **Shift Coordinator** is focused during their assigned shift on delivering results in sales, people, service, and operations. Responsibilities include: · Assigning tasks and directing associates to exceed expectations for speed, friendly service, and cleanliness. · Providing guidance, feedback, and motivation to associates to enhance their skills and improve restaurant performance. · Following all safety and cash-handling controls. · Reviewing restaurant results to identify strengths and areas for improvement. · Performing associate duties as needed. Required Skills: · Strong ethical values and integrity. · Self-directed, results-oriented, with knowledge of operational strategies. · Demonstrated positive leadership. Requirements: · High school diploma; preferably two years of university education, full schedule availability, and residence in Tehuacán, Puebla. · Prior experience as a Cashier preferred.
