This person will coordinate delivery routes, improve the performance of the distribution department, and foster teamwork. Additionally, they will participate in direct product deliveries. **Key Responsibilities**: * Ensure punctual and effective local deliveries. * Coordinate foreign route deliveries. * Optimize the performance of the delivery and distribution department. * Design efficient and safe delivery routes. * Promote teamwork within the logistics area. * Operate standard motorcycles and 3.5-ton vans as required. * Support direct product deliveries. **Requirements**: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in administrative fields or related disciplines. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in logistics or transportation roles. * Knowledge of route planning and transportation logistics. * Knowledge of cargo safety and handling. * Valid driver's license and experience operating standard motorcycles and 3.5-ton vans. **Competencies and Skills**: * Assertive communication. * Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making. * Proactivity and service-oriented attitude. * Teamwork. **We Offer**: * **Statutory benefits** and **productivity bonus**. * **30-day year-end bonus**. * Opportunity for growth and development within the company.
