Personalized support for distributors and end customers VALES IS HIRING A CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR We are a solid company founded in 2018 by a group of Mexican entrepreneurs with the goal of boosting the Mexican families' economy through trust-based credit granting, oriented toward fostering their economic development **Profile:** **Education:** High School Diploma 2 years of experience in Collections Own vehicle (motorcycle or car) Interest in fieldwork Immediate availability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Competencies:** Focus on achieving objectives\-targets Ability to work under pressure Responsible Persevering **Responsibilities:** Ensure achievement of global targets Provide personalized support to distributors Develop and implement collection strategies Data entry into system Follow-up on new accounts Outbound calls to invite distributors to place orders Collection calls Customer service calls Delivery of payment reports to distributors Support for end customers And other duties **We Offer:** Bi-weekly base salary Commission scheme Statutory benefits Fuel allowance Positive work environment Training (based on our company policies) Urgent hiring — please apply only if genuinely interested
