responsible, through coordination, supervision of different services, and follow-up on reported incidents related to gray coat operations across various areas of the CAT, providing timely customer responsibilities:**\n\n**· Provide direct attention, establish effective communication and negotiation with hospital executives, manage resources, address their needs, and resolve operational issues to achieve quality service and avoid corresponding penalties.**\n\n· Review and deliver control documents and evidence of gray coat hospital services, properly signed and validated by the client's user department, to the CREA MEDIC compliance department to support accruals and contract fulfillment.\n\n· Ensure timely supply of materials, consumables, linen, or any other services under their responsibility as specified in the contract of the unit being operated, by coordinating with the client-designated user department and anticipating monthly projections to prevent shortages and ensure timely and complete contract fulfillment.\n\n· Manage and supervise reported incidents regarding infrastructure maintenance, services, furniture, or medical equipment from the client's user department, analyzing cases on-site (including white areas or wards), ensuring proper generation of service orders through appropriate channels, following up on case resolution and required documentation, to meet contractual obligations on time and in full.\n\n· Prepare purchase requisitions using internal systems (USI, SAMS) to carry out supplier payment processes on schedule.\n\nWe
