**Description** This position is responsible to provide preventive and corrective maintenance to each signal and warning devices in assigned territory in a specified time to provide fluent and secure train movements. **Accountabilities** * Provides the preventive maintenance to each equipment, conducts the assigned tasks through work orders (WO) according to the standards and effective procedures to assure their availability. * Repairs faults or temporary interruptions of signal and warning devices, within a response time established in the objectives of the signal area. * Reports the causes of those interruptions directly to the Signal help desk. * Performs preventive maintenance of signal and warning devices, through work orders based on current standards and procedures. * * Demonstrates operational excellence by knowing and applying the business requirements. Employees must have the ability and willingness to support critically important railroad operations 24 hours per day/7 days per week, working various shifts as assigned.
