The person will be responsible for coordinating the reimplementation of SAP, developing new web services, and executing pilot tests for the Glasbil platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead the optimization of operational processes by integrating digital solutions. Manage digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and objectives. Act as a liaison between technical teams and Inovaglass's operational teams. Implement and monitor KPIs related to digitization and process efficiency. Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in process digitization and ERP system management (ideally SAP). Skills in project management (PM methodologies) and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge in web service development and working with technology providers is a plus. Competencies: Analytical ability and results orientation. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
