Only applications received through this channel will be considered, for internal transparency.)* The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking an **Education Technical Assistant** to support the implementation of educational programs in highly vulnerable contexts in Michoacán. This position is key to strengthening teachers' capacities, supporting psychosocial processes in schools, and adapting educational methodologies to the local context. **Main Responsibilities:** * Facilitate workshops of the Better Learning Program (BLP) and Safe Schools. * Adapt pedagogical materials and support training logistics. * Map key actors in mental health and education, and strengthen referral networks. * Support BLP replication and provide technical feedback. * Document processes, prepare reports, and maintain updated records. * Represent the program in institutional spaces and ensure inclusive programming. **Profile Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields (or currently in the final academic period). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in educational, psychosocial, or community projects. * Experience in workshop facilitation and participatory methodologies. * Sensitivity to child protection, gender, and inclusion issues. * Knowledge of the educational context in Michoacán (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. **We Offer:** * 10-month Mexican employment contract (project-based), with competitive salary and legal benefits. * Flexible and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity to join an international humanitarian organization present in over 35 countries. * Frequent travel (60%) to intervention areas.
