





**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER** Responsibilities * **IT strategy management**: Develop and implement the technological vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives. * **Infrastructure oversight**: Manage servers, networks, databases, and telecommunications systems to ensure availability, performance, and security. * **Team leadership**: Lead and supervise the IT team, managing projects, assigning tasks, and promoting professional development. * **Project management**: Plan, coordinate, and execute technology projects, such as implementing new ERP systems or upgrading software and hardware. * **Information security**: Implement cybersecurity policies, monitor threats, and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of company data. * **Process automation and optimization**: Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize technology to improve operational efficiency. * **Budget administration**: Manage departmental IT expenses and budget, including vendor negotiations and technology procurement. * **Technical support and maintenance**: Supervise second- and third-level technical support, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems. * **Business intelligence and data analysis**: Lead the implementation of BI (Business Intelligence) solutions and the creation of dashboards for strategic decision-making. Requirements and skills * **Academic background**: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
