**VACANCY: DIESEL MECHANICAL WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR** **Job Objective:** Lead, coordinate, and optimize diesel mechanical workshop operations, ensuring proper machinery functionality through efficient management of technical personnel, timely preventive and corrective maintenance, and accurate diagnostics to guarantee maximum equipment availability and performance. **Required Profile:** * Certified Mechanical Engineer or engineering intern. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Workshop Supervisor or in a similar role. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Solid technical knowledge of diesel engines and advanced diagnostics: * DD\-15, DD\-13 * ISX\-450 with VGT and EGR * Cummins ISB and X\-15 * Mercedes 924 and 904 * Detroit Series 60 * Proficiency with INSITE software and parameter configuration. * Knowledge of transmissions: * Eaton Fuller 18-speed * Differentials * G\-85 * ZF\-580 **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate mechanical workshop activities. ✅ Administer preventive and corrective maintenance programs for heavy and light machinery. ✅ Assign tasks to technical staff and supervise their proper execution. ✅ Train, evaluate performance, and monitor attendance of the mechanical team. ✅ Supervise diagnostics, repairs, and equipment delivery timelines. ✅ Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. ✅ Optimize workshop resources, tools, and spare parts. ✅ Prepare technical and productivity reports. **Offered Benefits:** Statutory benefits.
