Profile: * Completed high school / technical diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications equipment repair. * Passion for customer service and client interaction. * Residence near the workplace. Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. * Deliver personalized assistance and issue resolution. * Track completed services. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet performance metrics and KPIs.
