




**Join our team!** We are looking for your talent as a "Software Technical Support" professional with knowledge of operating systems (networks, databases, and programming languages). **COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEER.** **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users for computing equipment, networks, and internal systems. * Administer the local network, backups, antivirus, access controls, and server maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Analyze internal processes to identify opportunities for digitalization. * Participate in the maintenance and improvement of existing systems (databases, intranets, dashboards, CRM, etc.). * Integrate solutions using APIs or connectors (e.g., between credit systems, CRM, and accounting systems). * Document developments, testing, and user manuals. * Evaluate emerging technologies and propose solutions to enhance productivity and technological security. * Log and track each technical support inquiry in a ticketing system. * Provide cross-departmental support across the company. **Skills:** **\-** Passionate about technology and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. **\-** Ability to manage multiple support cases and maintain detailed records of interactions. **\-** Capacity to interact with users courteously, empathetically, and patiently while resolving issues.
